Agent5ive offers flexible subscription plans to meet your needs, whether you're just getting started or building advanced AI agents at scale. All plans are billed monthly through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Agent5ive partners with Stripe for secure, simplified billing. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled.

Usage Limits
Your subscription includes specific usage limits as outlined in your plan. Usage is calculated as follows:
- Agents Created - The total number of agents you can create and maintain in your account
- Deployed Agent Messages - The number of messages your deployed agents can process per day (resets at midnight UTC)
- Builder Messages - The number of messages you can exchange with the system when creating or modifying an agent
- Website Scrapes - The number of times per month you can use the website scraping feature to extract data from websites for your agents
- Agents as Tools - The number of agents that can be used as tools by other agents in your multi-agent setup
Usage Monitoring:
You can monitor your current usage and limits in the "Usage Overview" section of your account dashboard. This helps you track your resource consumption and plan accordingly.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your account settings:
- Upgrade to a higher tier to access additional features and higher usage limits
- Update your payment method
- View billing history and download invoices
- Cancel your subscription (effective at the end of your current billing period)

When will I be charged?
Your subscription fee is charged immediately upon sign-up and then on the same date each month thereafter.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my usage limits?
If you reach your usage limits, you won't be able to create additional agents or process more messages until your limits reset or you upgrade to a higher tier plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
When will the Business tier be available?
The Business tier is coming soon. You can join our waitlist to be notified when it becomes available by contacting us at support@agent5ive.com.
Is there a refund policy?
We don't typically offer refunds for subscription payments. If you have special circumstances, please contact our support team at support@agent5ive.com.
